New UI Changes

The new UI brings some quality of life changes to the game. Here are some of the changes.

1. Menu items have moved to the left hand nav bar
2. Handheld devices can click to go full screen
3. Login/create an account to make sure you can always access your stats
4. Play! is the normal play button, but you can navigate other menus while you wait
5. Menu button provides some additional in game settings
6. Pre-play cards before it gets to your turn if you already know what you want to play
